From the quality of your sleep and the foods you fuel your body with, to the consistency of your work and mental focus, your habits help to create the energy, strength, and endurance necessary to make every training session count.
Some of the most vital habits that you should establish and maintain to build the foundation for the rest of your life include sleeping well, eating enough, drinking hydrating liquids (such as waters, Gatorade, etc.), moving daily (even if not formally exercising), stretching, and even meditating. Most importantly though, keeping a consistently positive mindset and never getting too down on yourself for anything is the key to being the best version of yourself!
